Hugh is the founding partner of Hugh Davies & Co. Hugh's main interests are in business and tax planning advice for owner-managed businesses. He takes a 'hands on' approach and enjoys working with Sage and helping clients with their management accounts. When he can get away from the office he enjoys outdoor activities, including rock climbing. |

Ian is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience working in both large and small firms. He primarily deals with owner managed businesses. Ian's aim is to 'make a difference' for his clients. When not at work he can often be found cycling or walking in Dorset with his family. |

Karen has worked for Hugh Davies & Co for 7 years, dealing with a variety of clients accounting and tax matters and managing the accounts department. Karen is an avid reader and thinks that everyone should read 'Wuthering Heights' before they die! |

Michaela Parker - Accounts Supervisor

Michaela joined Hugh Davies & Co in June 2008. She is bi-lingual with many years varied experience in practice. She enjoys learning the workings of business. Outside of work, Michaela enjoys ballroom dancing and long walks in the Wiltshire countryside. |

Rose Duly - Tax Assistant
Qualifications: CTA ACA
Rose read music at Oxford University and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the small business group of Deloittes in London. In between exams she used to sing regularly in the BBC Proms in the BBC Symphony Chorus. After some years as a University lecturer on tax she joined the firm's Tax department in November 2007 mainly working with Hugh. |

Catherine Packwood-Bluett - Tax Assistant
Qualifications: ATT; MAAT
Catherine joined the firm in August 2003 in our Tax department, mainly working with Ian and Karen on a variety of tax matters. Much of her time away from work is taken up by "Mum's taxi", but when she finds time for herself Catherine enjoys Scottish country dancing and wants to learn to play the flute again. |

Gemma joined the firm in October 2007, as a trainee accountant and also taking on an important role within the payroll department. In her spare time Gemma enjoys going to as many live sporting events as possible, particularly Rugby and Football. |
