No more P11D's?
The completion and submission of P11D's can be both time consuming and costly for businesses
of all sizes. Did you know that HM Revenue and Customs may grant you a dispensation from
at least reporting the routine non taxable expenses? In fact in cases these may be all
that are recorded on the P11D's each year in which case you can dispense with them altogether!
To enable HM Revenue and Customs to issue a dispensation you need to make an application in writing
giving them details of the kind of expenses you have, the control processes you have for the
approval and payment of expenses and supply a copy of the expense claim forms used by your business.
