Companies Act 2006 - Implementation - Secretary changes
With effect from 6 April 2008 the company secretary becomes optional for private companies.
If you are an existing company you need to complete form 288b to resign the company secretary,
but you may also have to amend the Articles of the company as well.
In that case, the company must submit a written resolution together with the revised Articles to Companies House. |
