Hugh Davies & Co partners and staff are proud to live and work in South Wiltshire and support a range of initiatives in the local community as well as causes which are important to members of the team.

From 2010 the Partners will be supporting arts and sports charities and projects as well as a range of other community and charitable causes.

London Marathon
Ian Sheekey, partner at Hugh Davies & Co, has previously been involved in long distance running in aid of charities.

This year Ian ran the London Marathon raising over £1,500 for Round Table Children’s Wish – making wishes come true for children with life threatening illnesses.

For those that are interested Ian completed the marathon in a time of 4 hours 43 minutes and 20 seconds.

This is a Bournemouth based small, national charity that grants wishes to children and young people who are suffering from life-threatening illnesses with the aim of bringing a little bit of magic into their lives by creating special moments and memories.

It has been a long time ambition of Ian’s to run a marathon. Realising how lucky he is to have four healthy children himself he wants to help those who are not as fortunate.

Bootleg Theatre is a hard-hitting, new writing theatre company based in Salisbury. Under Colin Burden's direction they help new writers and actors starting out in their careers to find an audience for genuinely innovative (and often funny!) theatre.
